Cașin Pass (DN11B), also known as Nyerges Pass, sits at an altitude of 870 meters and connects the Cașin Depression to the commune of Cozmeni in the Olt valley, both in Harghita County. The route crosses a quiet mountain landscape of beech forests and pastures, providing a direct link between the Ciuc Depression and the Târgu Secuiesc-Covasna area. The road is paved and well-maintained, open year-round.
