Liban Pass (DJ138) sits at an altitude of 1000 meters in the Eastern Carpathians, between the Gurghiu Mountains to the northwest and the Harghita Mountains to the southeast. The pass connects the Giurgeu Depression with the Odorhei Depression. The road offers a picturesque alternative for traveling between Gheorgheni and Odorheiu Secuiesc, passing through beech and conifer forests, mountain meadows, and traditional Szekler villages.
