Răchițiș Pass (DJ174A), situated at an altitude of 950 meters, is a crossing in the Eastern Carpathians connecting the municipality of Toplița with the Bilbor Depression. The pass area is picturesque, with dense conifer forests and gentle mountain terrain offering beautiful views. The pass is open year-round, though winter conditions can be challenging on the unpaved sections.
